These comprehensive Terms and Conditions describe the legal agreement between you and Alpine Prestige Rides exclusively for the use of our premium transportation services (not personal security and escort services, not courier services, not the transport of valuables, not the concierge service. These are arranged separately). Please review these terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website alpine-prestige-rides.ch, making a booking, or using our transportation services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of our services, including passengers, account holders, and anyone acting on the passenger's behalf. By booking for another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe by our staff.
Service Description
Alpine Prestige Rides offers premium ground transportation services including:
- Airport transfers to and from major Swiss and European airports
- Point-to-point transportation within Switzerland and neighboring countries and throughout Europe
- Hourly chauffeur services
- Corporate transportation solutions
- Transportation for special events
- Customized tour and sightseeing services
All services are provided with professionally maintained vehicles operated by licensed, experienced chauffeurs. Service availability may vary depending on location, time, and demand.
We strive to provide reliable, punctual, and comfortable transportation, but cannot guarantee specific travel times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
Booking and Reservations
Bookings can be made through our website alpine-prestige-rides.ch, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Alpine Prestige Rides.
When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Passenger contact details
- Pickup and destination locations
- Date and time requirements
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Special requirements or requests
- For businesses: company name, address, and VAT number (if applicable)
Bookings are considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or text message from us. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons or for special events.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct. Errors or omissions may result in service delays or additional charges.
Payment Conditions
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods listed on alpine-prestige-rides.ch.
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise and include VAT at 8.1%. Pricing may vary based on distance, time, vehicle category, and additional requested services.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond the included grace period
- Route changes or extra stops
- Tolls, parking fees, and other travel-related costs
- Special equipment or service requests
- Peak season or holiday surcharges
Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the service date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules follow our official Refund Policy. Summary:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund minus 5% administration fee
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund (credit may be offered for alternative date)
No-shows or cancellations due to passenger error/misconduct are non-refundable. Refund processing takes 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Be ready at pickup time and location
- Provide accurate, reachable contact information
- Inform us of changes as early as possible
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully
- Follow all applicable laws
- Avoid illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
- Not consume excessive alcohol or use illegal substances inside vehicles
- Ensure children use appropriate safety equipment
You are financially responsible for any damage to our vehicles caused by your misconduct or negligence. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle and Service Standards
Vehicles are professionally maintained and regularly inspected for safety and comfort. Chauffeurs are licensed, fully insured, background-checked, and professionally trained.
While we attempt to provide the specific vehicle requested, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category if necessary.
Complimentary amenities may include:
- Water
- Wet wipes and tissues
- Hand sanitizer
- Ricola candies
- Wi-Fi (where available)
Special amenity requests must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
Alpine Prestige Rides maintains comprehensive commercial insurance. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable conditions
- Lost or damaged personal belongings
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Missed flights, appointments, or connections due to delays
Passengers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Force Majeure
Alpine Prestige Rides is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Government rules, restrictions, or directives
- Labor strikes
- Road closures or infrastructure failures
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
- Health or pandemic emergencies
We will attempt to reschedule or provide alternatives when possible. If service cannot be performed, we will offer a refund or credit.
Data Protection and Privacy
We comply with Swiss Federal Data Protection Law and GDPR (where applicable). Personal data collected during booking is used only to provide service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy on alpine-prestige-rides.ch.
We do not sell or share personal data except as required to deliver the service or by law.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your stored data.

All website content (text, images, graphics, logos, software) on alpine-prestige-rides.ch is the property of Alpine Prestige Rides.
Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited. The company name and logo are protected trademarks.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. All disputes shall be exclusively handled by the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately once posted on alpine-prestige-rides.ch. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
For major changes affecting your rights, we will notify you via email or prominent website notices.
